These terms govern your use of the Colibri Delivers website and mobile application. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Our delivery services are available in the Lake Atitlán area of Guatemala.

Orders & Delivery

When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable delivery fees. Prices are set by partner restaurants and may change without notice.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on distance, weather, and order volume. We deliver by tuk-tuk, boat, motorcycle, and on foot depending on your location.

Since many areas around Lake Atitlán lack formal addresses, you may provide landmark-based delivery instructions. You are responsible for providing accurate location information.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel an order before the restaurant begins preparation. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Payments

We accept credit/debit card payments processed by Stripe and cash on delivery. All card payments are processed securely through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

Limitation of Liability

Colibri Delivers acts as an intermediary between customers and restaurants. We are not responsible for food quality, allergens, or restaurant preparation. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse our platform, create fraudulent orders, harass drivers or restaurant staff, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

The Colibri Delivers name, logo, and all related content are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sololá, Guatemala.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
